I have over eight years of experience in quality system assurance, including engineering and compliance. I began my career as a Quality Assurance Inspector and was later promoted to Quality Technician, where I gained expertise in FAIR review and the use of relevant platforms required for First Article Report submission and product compliance reporting.
As my career progressed, I advanced to a Quality Engineering position, where I was responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reviewing NCRs, developing and improving processes, conducting data analysis and reporting, and performing internal and external audits.
In my current role at a blue-chip company, I am responsible for product reviews using software such as Bolster and BIM 360. I review reports and supporting evidence necessary for certifying passive fire protection requirements, and I manage client communication regarding non-compliance certifications.
As a Trainee Business Estimator, I am now expanding my expertise to understand the importance of business estimation processes and how they contribute to effective decision-making and overall business success.
